Featured content is presented in two sections:
- "New and Notable" contains new content. Subcategories (e.g., "Cinema Project") help organize the list.
- "Useful Resources" contains static, frequently-used tools and information.
Because the categories are presented in a separate column, the're always visible above the fold -- even when the "New and Notable" section is lengthy.
